I have one room available for December 2025 onwards.

The room has its own ensuite bathroom (no sharing! 🎉 )and ample closet space, large windows, and come fully furnished with a full sized bed.

The house has 3 floors. And is equipped with laundry, chefs kitchen with a natural gas stove, dishwasher and wine fridge.

Our house is on a quiet street and in the alley so there is very little street noise. It is minutes walk from the library, coffee shops, outdoor pool, tennis and beach volleyball courts. As well as a community arts center that hosts the summer Farmers Market. The Main Street of Marda Loop is about a 15 minute walk with restaurants, wine bars and grocery stores.

Rent is all inclusive, including utilities, snow removal and other townhouse maintenance.

I’m a shift worker, so I sleep a lot. In my off time I love to host dinner parties, travel and get out of the house a lot. Excited to meet you! 😊

I have been very close with all roommates who have been here through the years. I am sure we are going to end up friends for life. I hope to repeat this with the next girl who moves in. I would love to strike a balance between independence and a loving home.

There is one other roommate, Rosie. She is a sweetheart here from England on the IEC visa. (Almost all past roommates have been here on this visa)

So with that in mind, women are preferred at this time. This is definitely a girly household!
