Terms: Furnished bedroom at $800 per month. Short or long term. This includes utilities and high speed internet. No damage deposit required. Bathrooms: 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom. Spacious Backyard: Large deck, Patio seating and BBQ, bike storage and sheltered hot tub. Limited Parking: Located in a cul-de-sac.

Current residents include a queer couple with a dog (primary residents), and a solo male professional. The basement room just opened up and is available for rent. The room is bright, looking onto the front yard and accessible from the front or through the house to the lower level. This bedroom has a large open closet for storage, dresser, bed and desk. This room is adjacent to the half bathroom and laundry/ storage area with another bedroom above it. The property has easy access to downtown bus routes and UVic, with plenty of nearby parks, grocery stores, shops, and restaurants close by.
