Hello, We are 3 roommates looking for a forth. We have follow rules and consideration of others. All run a 9-5pm work schedule. We are quiet, calm and respectful people. How the apartment is run: Use kitchen and bathroom looks like the picture. Everyone cleanup after use to consider the next person. We all keep to ourselves and mostly stay in our room. If you like structure, cleanliness and respect then you will fit right in! No drama, just live and be clean!

1. Heating and electric included- wifi need to contribute $$ the more we are the cheaper, we split the wifi bell bill.
2. No smoking
3. No pets
4. No cooking from 11pm-6am. Only microwave food. This has caused problems in the past of pots and pans cooking after midnight-not considerate to others.
