My roomates and I are looking to move out early and we are looking for people to take over our lease. Available the end of August and located in Belvedere area, the bus stops to the LRT station are just steps away with amenities a maximum 15 minute bus ride away. The townhouse has a few garden boxes which you can grow vegetables in come spring, and a little fenced area which can be used for smoking. The house also has a large master bedroom, two smaller rooms, a basement with access to a washing machine and dryer, and a dishwasher. Given that this is a lease takeover, rent is initially going to be $1665 a month before utilities until November 1st which will be $1746. I already have utilities set up with Direct Energy and Epcor with the cheapest plans and I would be willing to simply transfer ownership to save the hassle of getting on utilities. Landlord only requests that you have a steady source of income and are willing to do a background check, much like if you were applying to rent a place.

4 of us are currently residing in this Townhouse and looking to leave at the end of August, but this means breaking the lease and we are more than willing to sign the lease over to someone else. Two of us are presently working, and I go to University alongside working. The other two roomates are on AISH and Alberta Works respectively. We have lived with cats and a miniature toy poodle but a deep clean will be done before we leave in case you have allergies.
