I’m leaving my apartment on February 1st, 2025 ! It’s a master bedroom in a spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment for $1050/month. You’ll be sharing the apartment with one roommate, who just arrived from England last October.

📍 Location: • Sherbourne St, 5 minutes from Sherbourne subway station and 10 minutes from Wellesley. • A FreshCo is right across the building, and a NoFrills is 5 minutes away. • A 20-minute walk to Eaton Centre and Yonge-Dundas Square.

👕 Laundry: The laundry room is in the basement (-1). It uses a rechargeable card, and it costs around $5 to wash and dry.

📑 Documents required by the landlord: • Proof of sufficient funds or an employment contract. • A piece of ID.

🚨 : I’m moving for personal reasons and will be taking most of the furniture (which is mine), But I can sell my bed and desk for 250$.

The remaining roommate is also okay with refurnishing the place with the new tenant.

He’s working from home sometimes, very tidy and quiet. I’m leaving with most of my furniture so you’ll be free to coordinate with him to refill the place if you want to.

The landlord would prefer someone who already has a job or a student.
