My spouse 24 and I 25 have a spare room that we currently just use as storage and play time for the kitties.

Room has closet, room for twin bed, and small desk.

We already have internet so if you’d like to chip in it wouldn’t be more than 20 a month Hydro is not included but very reasonable each month. Very close to Guelph U Close to Stoneroad Mall

MUST be an animal person we have 3 Cats and are currently helping a friend in housing their 2 guinea pigs for the time being.

I 25 male work Monday to Friday. Occasionally travel across country. Spouse 24 F works full time in customer service until next fall.

Quiet introverts here.

We drink a few here an there but never loud or party.

We don’t smoke cannabis.

Willing to give a trial period for cheaper than initial payment. We want you to be comfortable and obviously us to be comfortable. Home life shouldn’t cause any stress.
