We’re looking for new roommates for a furnished 3 bed, 4 bath townhouse near Riverside Park/downtown in Canmore for as early as August 1. The loft room is on the entire upper floor, with its own washroom as well ($1600/mo for a couple, less for a single).

It’s quite a large 2000sqft townhouse, with three floors, two living areas, a guest washroom, a garage and a crawl space for all of the gear. Rent doesn’t include utilities or wifi, which is split between all of the roommates, and there is parking on the street.

As for the vibe of the house, hoping to find some like minded people to share in the love of the mountains, and are interested in being friends to enjoy the home together — most time is spent outdoors adventuring, skiing/snowboarding, hiking, floating, camping, playing board games, going to trivia, chatting about world events, etc.

No smoking or drugs. Casual drinking is fine, but this is not a party house, we’re all early 30s :)
