Beautiful house with stunning views. Two covered porches in front and back, plus a terrace and small backyard. In unit laundry and dishwasher. Looking to rent out the basement. Private bedroom and bathroom with a big closet. There is a queen size bed already in there. There is also a den included in the space. Plus lots of storage. Shared kitchen, dining room and living room upstairs.

About us: We are a young couple (f21 and m20) looking to rent out our basement to another young couple. We’re friendly and like keeping a clean and welcoming home. We enjoy listening to music and spending time outdoors. Playing board games. Having friends over. That kind of stuff.

Wifi, electricity and gas included. You will both need to pay $750 each.

We’re looking for someone around the same age as us. A couple or two friends. (If friends, the den can be used as a second bedroom) No drug use. If you’re a smoker/vaper it must be done outside. No pets.

Looking for someone who is adaptable and enjoys quiet nights as well as someone who can put up with late night shenanigans (noise) and wouldn’t mind if we have people over.
