This is a fully furnished room with a new bed, end table, and dresser and new bedding in a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse in Upper Sahali. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood with many students and young families. High speed Wi-Fi, laundry, and all utilities are included. Air conditioning and furnace to keep the temperature comfortable. If you have a vehicle there is street parking available. If you do not drive, this is only a 2 minute walk to the bus stop. Less than 10 minutes from the major shopping centers and Thompson Rivers University. Only one person living here currently. The main bathroom with shower will be shared but there is another bathroom without a shower on the main floor. Kitchen and living/dining room are also shared spaces.

I am the owner of this townhouse and the only person living here. I’m looking for a roomie who I can get along with and potentially be friends with. I do not smoke, or party, or do drugs. I am quiet and respectful. I clean up after myself as I go and don’t let things sit or pile up. I don’t have company over often and spend alot of time out of the house. I’m mainly looking for someone who is friendly, clean, and respectful with a full-time job or a full time student.
