Will be available Feb 1st 2025 Private room in a large, beautifully renovated, classy home in a nice Guildford-Fleetwood neighbourhood. The room is smaller but stylish and thoughtfully furnished. Room has a small closet with under bed drawers will be furnished with bed, dresser, desk, and Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime included. There is a bathroom right near your bedroom that will be shared with one other female roommate. Includes high speed internet, utilities, laundry once a week, and a parking spot on the driveway if you have a car. Bus stops for 335 Surrey Central/Newton and 326 Guildford/KG Stn both close by. Sorry no pets.

You will be living with me and my daughter and another roomie. Each person has their own private room. Shared spaces include living room, rec room, backyard, and kitchen.
