About the room
The property is 4 bed room town house. We are renting one. Bedroom with a beautiful view. Utilities extra. Can throw in a mattress depending on your requirements.
The room is very large (13 ft *12 ft ) with two large closets and two big windows. Kitchen has ample storage for all main crockery and cookware.
Male and female both are welcome but no couples, sorry.
The house is 7 min walk from Islington station and 8 min from Kipling Station. 20 mins to Union station in go train. It is one of the safest neighbourhoods in Toronto!
The washroom is shared with just one other person.

About the roomies
I live in the house with my partner and a friend. We all work a 9 to 5 job and prefer cleanliness, no noise and family like environment to live in. The ideal tenant should respect all 3 things I mentioned above.
