Detached fully furnished house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom. The other two rooms share a bathroom. The family room has two sofas, center table, and TV. Two dining tables with seating for 4 people each. One in the kitchen and the other in the dining room. Full kitchen with all pots, pans, and utensils. Parking space for more than 6 cars and a lot of open space around the house. Only 8 minutes drive to Niagara Falls. 3 minutes drive to shops and restaurants on Lundy’s Lane entertainment area.

Would prefer to rent to a group of friends or students who know each other well to avoid any conflicts in the future. I can rent each room individually for $800 or 2 people per room for $550 per person. Attached to the house is an annex with a separate bed, bath, and living area. This can be rented for $1000 by a couple who is willing to share a kitchen with individual roomies in the main home or a group of boys and girls where boys stay in the house and a couple of girls can be in their private annex (or vice versa) with a shared kitchen. I can offer a further discount if a group of 5 or more people rent together.
