Your space: one bedroom with a medium-sized closet. East-facing window with blinds. I currently have a double bed with a bed frame in this room but I could move it out if you wanted something different.

Shared spaces:

The bathroom is shared with me but has lots of available cupboard space for storage.

Kitchen, The kitchen has a variety of small shared appliances in addition to the basics including a dishwasher.

The spare room, This is a three-bedroom apartment so there is one extra room. could be an office space or just storage.

Living space: The living room is fully furnished and decorated. this space has large east and south-facing windows, There is a small desk with a Tv and a Bluetooth vinyl player in this space.

The apartment also has a small balcony, Two storage closets, and laundry in the basement

I currently don’t have wifi set up in the apartment but it is something that could be easily added.

My name is Gina (she/her) I am 24 and have been living in this apartment since 2020. I have a cat named Mocha I have been working towards a minimal waste and sustainable life and would love to live with someone who shares those values. I am very clean and tidy, and that is something I strongly value! I am not overly social but love to have a friend or two over to do arts and crafts or watch a movie a few times a month.
