Located in McKenzie Towne. Private room, with an open den located right beside the bedroom. This is included with your room rental, could use as office or t.v. space. If you do not want to use the extra space we can negotiate a price just for the bedroom rental. Street parking available or 2 private parking spots located outside the fully fenced backyard. Beautiful large treed backyard with deck and BBQ. Washer and dryer, shared living room and kitchen. Optionally this room can come furnished with a queen bed and dresser. Located 10 minutes from 130th Ave with ample shopping, big box stores and restaurants and of course cozy McKenzie Towne filled with coffee shops, grocery stores, pubs, restaurants, gyms and whatever else one could require.

I own this property as well as living here with my dog, Lucy. I work full time, and have a home office where I’m here 2-3 days a week. I keep my home very tidy and organized. I like to cook and have the occasional social gathering or BBQ with friends’ and family. I just turned 50 and looking for a mature fully employed roommate, clean, respectful and responsible.
