Beautiful large treed backyard with deck and BBQ. Washer and dryer, shared living room and kitchen. Room is furnished with a queen bed and night table. Located 10 minutes from 130th Ave with ample shopping, big box stores and restaurants and of course cozy McKenzie Towne filled with coffee shops, grocery stores, pubs, restaurants, gyms and whatever else one could require.

I own this property as well as living here with my dogs Bear and Lucy. I work full time, and have a home office where I’m here 2-3 days a week. I keep my home very tidy and organized. I like to cook and have the occasional social gathering or BBQ with friends’ and family.
