Rental period is From Nov 1 2024 to March 31 2025. The home is the upper two levels of a house in Kits. You will have a large bedroom on the first floor, a large living room with big screen TV, and share the kitchen and washroom with my daughter. She has her own space on the second floor. Nice place in a great location. All utilities included. I will not be in the house as I am traveling during this period.

My daughter is 28 years old and works full time, it would be best to meet in person to see if its a good fit. Small dog as well, we will introduce you and ensure its a good fit. My daughter enjoys reading, playing videogames, and doing creative hobbies in her free time. She used to work as a tour guide and is able to provide good information and guidance on experiencing the beauty of BC :)
