Ideal for student and working professional who needs a quiet space to focus and have a good rest. The room is well furnished (beddings included, table/desk, with lamp) and common areas (kitchen /dining, living room and washroom) are shared with only one person. The rom is bright and cozy.

The rent is $1,000.00/month which includes utilities, laundry, and Wi-Fi. There is even a small garage gym that you are free to use.

House is 24 minutes walk to UFV-Abbotsford, 5 min drive to Abbotsford hospital and 10 min drive to Airport-Abbotsford. The house on a quiet cul-de-sac is close to highway 1, restaurants, convenience stores and city bus stop to/from UFV and bus exchange to Chilliwack and Vancouver.

While we do weekly upkeep of shared areas, we also ask you to be responsible and clean up after yourself.

Me and family are living on the second floor of the house. The available room is on the two-bedroom basement. The other room is occupied by a young working professional. For the most of the time, it is only this other renter that the candidate will have a close encounter.
