Christine's room

This is a 1 bedroom 10 x 9ft room, will be unfurnished. You have your own closet and a large window overlooking the back yard. Lights changed recently, you are welcomed to repaint the room. Shared 1.5 bathroom, common space areas, mudroom, washer/dryer, and dishwasher + a little bit of storage space. We also have a large fenced in backyard with a plum tree.

Rent will include Utilities, High Speed Internet/WiFi, basic commodities, and one off street parking spot. The house is in a prime location near amenities such as Save-on-foods, H-Mart, many restaurants, Lougheed town Centre skytrain station and Lougheed Mall (5-12 minute walk to what is listed above).

Security deposit and first month rent due before moving in. Will require previous landlord references.

We are LGBTQ friendly and we’re neat, warm, quiet, and laid back. We do like to play games ranging from Board games, Console, and PC games.

We have friendly cats/kittens and a med. sized dog, you may have a caged animal in your room, or you may discuss it with us. Must be animal friendly.

There is two refrigerators; the refrigerator and freezer in the kitchen is for my wife and i, and the other one is for you and the other roommate.

Please be mindful to coffee, coconut and shellfish allergies, one of us also has asthma, so no smoking inside.
