This is a furnished bedroom complete with a desktop gaming computer that has been factory reset. You may use it for gaming, or studying while you are here. You have your own closet and a large window overlooking the back yard. The lights have recently been changed.

The house is in a prime location 5-10 min walk near amenities such as: Save-on-foods H-Mart grocery Hannam grocery Walmart Pricemart Many restaurants and banks Lougheed skytrain station Lougheed mall

Security deposit (half month rent) and first month rent due before moving in. Will require previous landlord references. (Map location is a little off 3 blocks away from Skytrain station and lougheed mall)

Please be mindful to coffee, coconut and shellfish allergies, one of us also has asthma, so no smoking inside. There is also friendly cats/kittens and a super friendly Med. sized dog.
