Location: Central Aylmer, near rue Principale, pubs, restaurants, Tim’s, very close. Grocery store, drug store, bank, mall across the street. Buses to Ottawa, Hull, Gatineau at street.

Building: Quality, built in 2012, concrete, very secure, very well maintained and clean. Walls between condos are almost sound proof.

Condo: Quiet and clean small condo, faces south, on main floor with walk out from living room into lovely courtyard.

Best for: a professional / full-time working person who wants a quiet, private place to come home to, or who only works limited time from home. May request ID, proof of employment, background check please.

Terms: Payment on or before first of month in full $600. cash. If not cash, I request $700. pls. Unofficial, signed receipts provided for your security. Agreement is 4 months min. After 4 months, month to month, you are welcome to12 months or longer, if we feel comfortable.

Included: all hydro, bills, water/hot water, high speed 60 internet, Videotron Helix, in-house washer/dryer, iron, vacuum, mops, 2 sets high quality sheets, blankets, 2 sets of towels, detergents, soaps, paper towels, toilet paper, kleenex, cleaning products. All dishes, cutlery, pots, spices, coffee maker, living room, kitchen table, etc. I want you to make yourself at home. I respect your space and your privacy.

Your bedroom: 10 foot ceiling, very clean, newer Queen size Tempurpedic mattress/ box spring, long desk (15.75 in. X 6 ft) with stool, 10 ft. high double closet with 2 wire shelves & a small dresser in closet. 2 nightstands with some storage, tower fan, privacy shade /curtains, electric thermostat for heat. I request that it be turned down when you are not at home. (hydro) Appreciate if you open window daily to freshen air. Privacy lock on bedroom door.

Bathroom: shared, shower in tub, you have 2 large private drawers at sink area, also with space under sink, 2 shelves in linen closet for supplied towels and sheets.

Kitchen: small walk-in kitchen with your own half of newer fridge/freezer, deep pot drawer (for food, storage, whatever you wish) and 2 good sized shelves in cupboards.

Gym: full access to great gym. 2 televisions.

Cooling: Air conditioning unit in living room doesn’t extend into bedrooms, unless doors open.

Parking: not currently assigned, but free exterior parking is available very close by. On occasion, an assigned indoor or outdoor parking space becomes available for rent. (separate agreement between you and the co-owner. I can facilitate).

Visitors: Friend(s), family welcome to visit or have dinner. Just let me know and I will leave for your privacy.
Appreciate no overnight guests please. We can discuss exceptions.

Party room: boardroom is available for parties through condominium, advance request, nominal fee and regulations. (I can facilitate).

Library: boardroom is also a library that you can use as extra space or privacy.

Cleaning: I’ll keep everything in common living spaces very clean.
Please let me know how you want room and linens cleaned: (options below) -I am happy to clean your room, vacuum, wash floor, sheets, towels, make up bed, included in rent. Not curious/nosy, would not look at your personal things, not open closet (I promise). Only want to maintain a clean condo.

-If you prefer to clean your own room, do laundry and make up bed, I request that it be done on regular basis (dust allergies/ hygiene of mattress and room). Both top and bottom sheets to be used pls. After washing, please put clean set into linen closet, not bedroom.

-If you prefer to leave linens, towels outside your door, I will wash, fold and put back into linen closet. Up to you :)

Washer and dryer available for your personal items at your convenience.

Television: use of small TV in living room, or your own in bedroom (sorry, 2nd TV not provided). I have Videotron Helix. Netflix not included, but can be at your cost.

Persons using any pronoun are very welcome ie. he/she/they/them/xe/etc. All ethnicities, nationalities, religions very welcome and respected.

After meeting, we would agree or compromise on requests and conditions so both parties feel comfortable sharing condo. I am flexible. I will provide a signed informal agreement that we both approve.

No Smoking or Cannabis please. New: Condo Board no longer allows smoking outside on their property.
