Mildred's room

We are looking for a roommate to sublet our spacious private room for rent. The house is a 15-minute walk and a 3-minute drive to York university campus, a 10 minute bus ride/15-20 minute walk to finch west subway station, and a 12 minute bus ride/19-minute walk to York university subway station. There is also a Walmart, dollarama, and no frills at a 15 minute bus ride from the house. We keep our house clean so we expect the new roommate to do the same and clean after themselves.

We are a big happy family, trying our best to stay and help each other grow and become independent and responsible enough to face different challenges in life. It’s our 2nd time to sublet our extra room to other people. The first experience wasn’t good, but hoping to have a better one, who are willing to be a part of our family.
