The property manager used my apt unit in their on line advertising. This video is of my actual unit (the decor has changed a bit) It will inform you about the building, the amenities and the surrounding area. This gives you a very good idea of where I live. Note: The bedroom that I am renting currently has storage stuff in it that I need to get rid of. I’m looking for someone to help me carry out some of the stuff to the trash. And in exchange for your help, I would reduce your first months rent. You would get the large bathroom to yourself. My room has the ensuite bathroom. (see picture) The room will be furnished.

My apartment faces south and backs onto a huge beautiful park ( Earl Bales park ) Great for walking, down hill skiing, a community center, etc. etc. Nice size balcony. Your room has huge windows. Parking is available for extra $100. If you come with a cat, it will be an extra $200 a month. I am a former cat owner, just don’t have any at the moment. Also, for those of you with a cat, there is a vet just down the street, a 2 min bus ride direct. The bus stop is near the front of the building. It’s a 5 min. direct bus ride to Young and Sheppard station. A 5 min. walk to Metro, TD, Starbucks, etc. etc. Laundry facility in building - see video. The unit has two bedrooms two bathrooms.
