This is a one-bedroom plus den, with the kitchen, bedroom, and living room fully furnished and ready for you to move in. The rent is $1,500 per month. This apartment is right next to OCAD building behind the AGO. Minutes away from Osgoode Subway Station.

It’s a minute away from OCAD, and 15 mins walk distance away from U of T and Ryerson University. It has a beautiful CN Tower view.

The den is used as an office/study space. The whole house is fully furnished such as the living room and the dining area, study/office space. The apartment is catified from wall to the other so if you have a kitty, I assure you they would love it here! There is an Ikea queen bed with a mattress, dresser, standing mirror and nightstand. You’re free to use the air fryer, kitchenaid appliances. You don’t even have to bring cutlery, plates; just your personal items! Move in date as well as the lenght of the stay could be discussed.

There’s a free indoor pool right across the apartment. The subway is 8 mins away. All the appliances were renewed and the apartment was renovated at the beginning of my lease. The rooms are pretty spacious especially the living room. There’s a balcony with a beautiful CN tower view as well.

My current roommate is a 24-year-old Canadian woman pursuing her PhD in Pharmacy at the University of Toronto. She loves animes, Ghibli movies and cooking. I’m looking for a female roommate who enjoys a similar lifestyle.
