I’m looking for a clean and respectful roommate. I have a room for rent $700ea/month. Electric, Heat & Internet included Laundry and Dryer in home, with storage in the garage for bikes and additional storage space in the basement. The room is available furnished (new bed, side table & dresser. Computer desk) or unfurnished. Street Parking. I’m a member of LGBTQIA+ and our living space is shared.
Amenities nearby, Close to transit, Max Orange & Pineridge 48 to Sunridge C-train. Baseball, soccer & football fields in the back fields. Across the field you can find the Pine ridge Community center & Library. -wave pool, waterslides, dive tank, hot tub, saunas, skating rinks, gym. I work for the postal service and I the owner of the townhome as well as an active member of the condo board.
