Paul's room

I have a temporary room available for one person for 1-2months in a newer condo complex which is 1.5km from the Blue Mountain resort. Utilities and one parking spot are included. I am looking for a clean, quiet & non smoking, mature person. The condo is two bedrooms and two bathrooms and approximately 850 sq ft. There is a spa area that is part of the condo complex which you would also have access to.

I am the owner of the condo and am a retired, active single Christian male. The condo complex has noise and bylaw rules that must be adhered to.
A meeting would be scheduled prior to an agreement.
