hello! This condo is right around the corner from the heart of the city, 17th ave & mission. 30 seconds away from all the great restaurants and night life in the city. Tons of gyms and other great things in the area as well. The room I have available faces south of the building so you get all the natural light you could ask for! Not a huge room but you could definitely make it what you want ! Enough space for a decent size bed, a dresser and whatever else you think could fit ! Also I have a stall for parking that is available underground that I don’t use that would be yours if needed.

I live here alone, this is my condo! along with my two cats. I work a lot and I’m gone most of the day until the night. Looking for someone who loves cats as they are my life lol! Also someone who is clean, respectful and just overall a chill person!
