Hi there! I am Sierra, I’m a 29 y/o female working locally in Calgary full time and attending paramedic school. I am renting out a room at my 2 bedroom apartment in the southwest of Calgary. It will be available for rent come April 30th 2025. You will have your room and own bathroom space but the shower is shared. I am good at being quick and being careful to not take up too much time in your bathroom. There is a gym downstairs, you’ll have your own parking stall, storage closet, and laundry (which is beside our suite) is the coin laundry, very easy to do with an app. I am looking for someone to co sign with me so both our names will be on the lease. We will share the entire apartment equally as there’s a lot of storage space and space in general haha I do not have a couch yet but you’re welcome to bring all your furniture. I have a medium sized dog that is friendly and sweet. I will explain the price better when we meet as there is a monthly parking and pet fee IF you choose to bring a pet or you need a parking stall but everything should fall or just under $1000 a month each.

I work full time, Monday and Thursday I am off or in school. I am single and I’m quiet. I like to keep my space very clean and hope for the same moral in a roommate. I spend a lot of time at home so I would appreciate someone that’s quiet and to themselves. Ideally a single working professional.
