3 bedroom, one bathroom house centrally located minutes away from Royal Jubilee Hospital. $1,050.00 per month plus around $50-$65 of utilities (can vary). Room partially furnished (double bed/dresser) or bring your own bed - bedding not included. Has a closet with a shelf and decent space to hang clothes, could potentially fit a small desk as well. Large kitchen, big living area and dining room. Bathroom has a shower/tub with brand new tile and is shared between 3 roommates, there is lots of storage as well. Big backyard and deck with BBQ, parking spot in the driveway. Large den downstairs that can be used as a second living room and for storage. Laundry and storage room with washer and dryer (included in rent) that is also shared with the basement tenant. Super close to lots of amenities, grocery and liquor store within an under 10 minute walk. Less than a 10 minute drive from Downtown, UVIC and Camosun, all major bus routes are close by and there is great bike paths as well.

27 female from the island who works in accounting Monday to Friday and 26 female from New Zealand who works in various hospitality jobs during the week. We are both active and play sports, open to living with any genders! We like to keep the place clean but are not concerned about it being spotless all the time. The place is fairly quiet on weeknights since we are both up early but we do enjoy going out and having friends over sometimes on the weekends. We have lots movie nights, watch sports and make meals together occasionally!
