Walking distance to parks, schools, shops, restaurants, and 15 mins walk or 4 minutes by car to Lougheed Skytrain Station. 15 mins walk or 5 mins by car to Lougheed Mall, the second largest shopping center in Burnaby, British Columbia. Close to SFU(FIC). Walking distance to IKEA and close to Walmart, Superstore, Canadian tire etc. The area is 10 mins walk to a variety of restaurants, banks, grocery stores, library, parks and is ideal for students, travelers and new comers. The private room is furnished room with washroom shared with one person. Kitchen is available to use along with basic amenities(stove, microwave, fridge , storage etc.)

Room has wardrobe, plus additional storage cupboards in the room itself for a comfortable, luxurious and private stay. Room is furnished with a queen-size bed, Solid wood Desk and lamp.

House has a large private backyard / garden. Separate living / family room area at the front and In-suite laundry on the main floor.

Due to the fact that other tenants are men, I am looking to rent the room to men only at this time.
