Fully furnished bedroom with own bathroom in a townhouse in Dalhousie. Shared kitchen, dining room, living room. Can use unrenovated basement room for own separate studying/TV/gaming space if desired. Condo complex has an amenity centre with indoor pool, lounge area, games room, badminton court, squash court, exercise room and change rooms with saunas. Close to Dalhousie LRT station and Dalhousie Station Shopping Centre. Please note: Because this is a townhouse, there are 4 levels (5 including the basement) so you’ll need to be able to handle climbing stairs. Also, while I don’t own a dog, I often am taking care of a small to medium sized dog who is very friendly.

I’m a 60 year old divorced guy living on my own and with extra space. Enjoy socializing but also need some quiet time alone each day.
