Fenced on one side and treed on 2 sides, open to a field on the south side, the driveway has a gate. There is a private bathroom but the shower is common. The location is remote enough that you will need a vehicle, but there is ample space to park and plug in. It is about a 5 minute drive into Beaumont or the same into Harvest Point. There is enough room if you have furnishings I am looking for one roommate who is a non smoker, non partier, easy going, flexible and tidy.

$900 per month and a $900 damage deposit, All utilities and internet are included!
