About the room
Furnished room on the main floor (upstairs) in a very nice house. You’ll have access to the kitchen (on your floor, shared with the landlords + myself), the bathroom (downstairs, shared with 1 other person, me), a fridge (downstairs, shared with me as well), and the extremely cozy living area (downstairs, shared with me).
Buses 88 and 109 are a 1-minute walk away. Bus 300 is a 3-minute walk. There’s a slight preference for students, but everyone is welcome. Utilities included. There’s ample lane parking outside. No drugs, no parties.
Please be tidy and clean, especially in common areas, and extra extra especially in the bathroom. I’m a bit of a clean freak :)
About the roomies
I’m a 26yo guy registered full-time at UofC as a PhD candidate and graduate assistant - should be done in 2025. I mostly keep to myself but don’t mind sharing some fun activities from time to time.
Besides myself, you’ll also be sharing the house with the 2 landlords (husband and wife); you’ll love them, I think.
