This is a second floor condo and is already fully furnished and freshly renovated! You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom (also furnished) and free use of shared common areas such as the kitchen and living spaces. There is a nice view from the balcony, in-suite laundry, and wifi/streaming services to enjoy. Rent is $1000 with a minimum 6 month rental, and a $500 damage deposit with first months rent. All other bills are included in the price of rent.
This condo is located at “The Dorchester” in the heart of Maple Ridge with shopping, groceries, transit, parks, and much more near by. Within walking distance of the local library, theatre, and Leisure Center.
Building has a two pet policy and I have two cats, so unfortunately no more pets can be in this unit.
About the roomies
Hi my name is Shelby! I’m 28 years old and work as an education assistant for the Maple Ridge school district. I’ve been told that I am a friendly and cheerful person who is easy to get a long with.
I love cooking and baking in my spare time, so I can guarantee that there will always be something tasty to eat. I don’t mind sharing if you’re willing to pitch in a bit for the groceries and lend a hand with the clean up every once and awhile to keep things fair.
When it comes to my lifestyle I’m a bit of a homebody, I will choose a night in binging movies with some nachos over going to a bar or clubbing every time. I live with my two cats Hugo (lovable and extremely affectionate, but has very few brain cells) and Panda (A sweet little girl who is VERY opinionated if you try to pick her up) so having someone that is alright with cats is a necessity.
What I’m looking for someone I can (hopefully) be friends with or at least pleasant acquaintances. Daily life can be a bit messy and chaotic for everyone sometimes, so being able to work together to keep our living space going is very important to me.
Feel free to reach out to me and we can connect and see if we are a good fit for each other. I’d love to have a chance to get to know any potential roommates beforehand so that we can start off on the best foot possible.
