It’s a 2 bedroom townhouse so it would just be the 2 of us. You get the master bedroom with walk in closet and ensuit bathroom. $900 plus we split utilities and internet 50/50. Located in Copperfield. A cat is ok (I will be getting a dog in the spring, mine just died a month ago, and the townhouse board allows 1 cat and 1 dog per unit so no other dogs sorry). We share the garage and driveway for parking. Female roomate preferred. Non smoking. I lived here for 8 years and love this place, the landlord is amazing too! I don’t party or do any drugs and only have the occasional drink. I spend most of my free time doing outdoor activities. I’m pretty quiet (I don’t even listen to music at home), I’m a clean freak so cleaning up after yourself is essential.
