• close by to grocery stores like Walmart and Sobeys as well as other stores like Dollarama, Home Depot, value village

• monthly rent is $975, wifi and all utilities included.
• deposit is equal to 1 month’s rent

I would much prefer a female university student or female working individual. Room is pretty big, and an extra bed can be provided if needed, so this space can also take two students who are comfortable staying together
