️ The Room: Well-lit, spacious room that’s available starting Sept 1st. The room is unfurnished, allowing you to decorate it according to your personal style. This is not a private room only, you have free access to the rest of the house including the Kitchen, Living Room, TV, and In-Suite Laundry.
NO RESTRICTIONS - We are easygoing housemates. Other than NO SMOKING indoors, we don’t have any hard limits like other rentals on diet, visitors, guests, hours, etc. As long as you are being respectful and cleaning up after yourself.
Some PETS are allowed. Due to Astham & Allergies to fur unfortunately no Dogs,cats or anything that sheds. But caged pets like birds, hamsters, etc are allowed as long as they are housed inside your Room.
Rent and Utilities: Rent is $850 per month. Paid on the 1st of every month. Require the first & Last Month’s rent to be paid in advance. Looking for a minimum of 6 months to 1 year or longer.
Utilities are EXTRA($approximately $80-100/month) - Hydro, Water, Sewage, and High-Speed Internet (Gigabit Blazing fast internet for working from home or your entertainment needs). We split this equally among you and 2 roommates, so each person ends up paying approximately $100 per month.
Location: Our home is strategically located with convenience in mind. Easy access to TTC routes(Bus Stops right INFRONT of our house), making your daily commute a breeze.
Loads of Amenities nearby– from gyms and restaurants to grocery stores. Kennedy Commons, Walmart, Dollarama, No Frills, Bulk Barn, Shoppers Drug Mart, Metro, and Foody World are all a short 5-10 minute walk away.
