15 Avenue SW

The room is a good size and faces west with a large window that let’s in a lot of natural light. The bathroom is a shared bathroom which should work well with only two people in the unit.

Located near 17th Ave SW and 14th St. the area is very walkable with lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and pubs and is close to multiple bus lines and less than a 15 minute walk to both the Downtown West–Kerby and Sunalta LRT stations. There are three grocery stores within a 10 minute walk and a fourth within a 15 minute walk.

I need to take some pictures yet as I just created this account, but I tend to keep my place fairly tidy, clean, and uncluttered and I live in a well maintained condo building with fewer than 50 units.

I have lived alone for quite a long time but have had roommates in the past and have always had good experiences.
