A very quiet neighbourhood, with an easy commute by bus to York U (15 min), and Finch Subway station (15 min). The room is on the second floor and has very bright nature light. Shared bathroom with one person. The $ 950 rent is without use of the kitchen, and $1,300 with the shared main kitchen. Utilities of $25 is extra to ensure responsible energy usage.
