We have a large house in the Panorama Ridge area of Surrey. There is one fully furnished bedroom available for rent (utilities, internet, and parking included in rent), and it’s located on the upper floor with balcony and views of the ocean/Mud Bay for $1000/month. Could be slightly negotiable for the right person. Bathroom, kitchen, laundry, dining room, and living room are shared spaces, and we have an inground pool, large yard, wood fire pit, bbq area, snooker pool table, and sauna that everyone can use as well. There is a bus stop at the top of our road on 56th Ave where the 322 bus to Scottsdale/Newton Exchange goes by every 20 min or so. It’s about a 15 min bus ride to Kwantlen Polytechnic University Surrey campus, or from Scottsdale Exchange or Newton Exchange there is a choice of a few different buses that may be taken to a skytrain.

I (Melissa) am a single mom of 3 boys (Alexander - 20, Noah - 18, Zachary - 16). Zachary attends Seaquam Secondary in North Delta. We have SEVEN DOGS, so you must love animals! They roam the house freely and are available for cuddles anytime :) We have hosted international students through the Delta School District Homestay program since 2016, and are trying a little something new in our new home and now that the boys are older. Students preferred to share our home with, but young professionals may work too. Please reach out if you think you would be a good fit!
