The apartment is built so that each person essentially has one side of the apartment to themselves, making it perfect for roommates.

There is also a cute small balcony which overlooks the town with a gorgeous view of Oakville, Toronto and Mississauga.

Sheridan College campus is located just a 5 minute walk away, Oakville Place is about a 15 minute walk away and there are gorgeous nature trails close by as well.

Within the building is also a large study area, outdoor barbecue area, a gym and a cycling workout room.
