You will have entire upper floor of the house (living room, dining room and bedroom) renting master bedroom on main floor shared kitchen and laundry and bathroom

i am the sole person living here in finished basement, I’m very quiet so i will expect the same from renters. My job has me working odd hours (early morning, late night)
