Very Close to Bloor st and Park Rd and Simcoe Street. Quiet neighborhood near bus route, walking distance from oshawa center and Walmart, back yard. You will have entire upper floor of the house (living room, dining room and bedroom) renting master bedroom on main floor shared kitchen and laundry and bath, I have my own toilet and sink downstairs (where I live) so basically the only thing in the upstairs washroom shared is the shower.

i am the sole person living here in finished basement, I’m very quiet so i will expect the same from renters. I have a downstairs toilet and sink, the only part of the shared bathroom would be the shower. My job has me working odd hours (early morning, late night)
