Mcmahon Drive

This is a room in 2-bedroom condo. The room has a lot of natural lighting (glass walls on 2 sides), the room comes with roll down blinds when needed. The amenities are the highlight of this building, it has a:

2. Swimming pool
3. Sauna
4. Hot tub/Jacuzzi
5. Tennis Court
6. Mini Golf
7. Billiards Table
8. Basketball court
9. 2 gyms (one of them is quite small but works for a quick workout)

Washer/dryer are installed in the unit. All current kitchen appliances/ living room appliances belong to the roomie so we will need to either buy these off of him or get new ones. The unit has 500 mbps Bell internet already installed.

There are no pets in the unit but if you have a pet they are welcome. You will need to register them with the condo management yourself.

There is a TTC station very close by and there’s a bus stop 5 mins away from the Condo. There’s a supermarket, a pizza pizza and some other stores nearby as well. Bayview Village and Fairview mall are both <2 km away.

Im a senior software engineer at a tech company downtown. I mostly work from home but i keep to my room during work hours. I like to play music while i work but i can turn this down/use headphones if you find the sound is leaking into your room.

I like to keep the place fairly clean and like to clean the entire place on either Saturday or Sunday. You will need to help with this :)

The existing lease is over and my current roommate is moving to Waterloo so we will need to sign a new lease, 12 months minimum.
