I have a 3 bedroom + a den upper level suite in a multi-family house that I am looking to fill and rent by the bedroom. This is an updated suite in the River East (Glen Elm) area of the city off Henderson hwy between Henderson and the river. The shared areas will be furnished, all utilities are included including wifi and cable., free laundry and a private outdoor space. Currently I am only looking for 3 respectful, tidy and quiet female tenants only. This is a no pet no smoking home so smoking outdoors only. This is a self contained suite with its own Living/Dining rm, Kitchen, office/den and bathroom. I can furnish 1 bedroom if needed.
