This room is ideal for single-working professionals or students. The house is a 7-minute walk to the train station, 5 min walk to calgary co op grocery store, 1 min walk to gas station. A minimum of 6 month lease is required. Bus stop is right in front of the house. The room is available from Feb 2025. Please provide a quick summary of yourself when making an inquiry. I will not attend to the question asking if it is available. Smoking is not allowed on the premises. Pets are allowed however approval is needed from the management.
