A minimum of 6 month lease is required. Bus stop is right in front of the house. The room is available from Jan 1, 2025. Please provide a quick summary of yourself when making an inquiry. I will not attend to the question asking if it is available. Smoking is not allowed on the premises. Pets are allowed however approval is needed from the management.
