Are you looking for a clean and quiet room and a house with a private bathroom?

This private furnished room comes with a NEW double bed, a walk-in closet and a desk. (sorry we don’t provide sheets and pillows for hygiene purposes obviously and the tenant is expected to bring their own mattress protector as well). This room also comes with a lock on the inside and a key to the room door for additional privacy and security

If you have a car, parking is also available at no additional cost.

This is a townhouse with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Your own private bathroom is a three-piece bathroom as shown in the picture. No sharing because we all love our private space.

Kitchen and living areas are shared. kitchen is equipped with bowls and dishes, pots and pans, toaster microwave, oven, cooking range and coffee maker to name a few. BBQ is available but obviously cost of gas will be split if you use it frequently.

We are 3 professionals who are very quiet and extremely clean. We cook occasionally and share all the chores of the house. Social but not too much as our jobs keeps us busy. We are looking for another professional that will be a suitable fit. Very Quiet and Clean and we respect each other’s privacy.
