Tuscany NW Basement suite comes with your own private entrance, private bathroom, microwaved and fridge. You are welcome to use my kitchen upstairs that has an oven and a stove; washing machine area is shared. I have a home gym in the basement, which is also shared. Basement has a double bed, coffee table and small kitchen table at the moment I’m willing to move them out if you have your own. We are also a few blocks from the Tuscany train station, the bus stop is down the street.

This is our family home. We are opening up our basement room for the right person. I may ask for a police background check. Our home Gym is in a separate room in the basement with the laundry area, which will be shared.
