It is in a very convenient location, the house is 8 minutes walking distance to St. Mary’s Hospital, and very close to Sobey’s, Rexall, and other grocery stores. You must bring your personal bedding, towels, etc., but furniture is included.

There are 3 bathrooms in the house and laundry is shared.

Utilities are included with mindful use, otherwise, anything excessive is charged back to all tenants and divided amongst residents in the house. No smoking, no vaping, no cannabis use, no overnight guest/s.
