Big private room for sharing located right in the heart of downtown, train station is 6 mins walk, grocery is 2 min (550m) walk, Tim Horton right in front of the building, 17th ave the Main Street of all the bars is 3 blocks away 9 min walk. Underground parking available for extra $, when moving in first and last month rent will be asked upfront. The term is on a yearly lease basis. Room is big enough to fit in a big bed with a table and chair as well. Apartment has a new microwave, dishwasher, oven and fridge. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment so you can go downstairs to do that but I do not mind the smell. Bus stop is right in front of the house.

I live with my parents for now who will be moving back to their home country in September end as they are visiting, they are very quiet and just keep to themselves as they are old. I am music producer and a dj, I dj in downtown at clubs/bars such as commonwealth bar, trolley 5, Blanco cantina, Joey’s, Banquet Bar, during the week I work for RBC from home. I am very chill person and am really into cleanliness.
