About the roomies
We are two 25 and 26 years old female international students from Brazil and Ecuador who have been living in Toronto for a year now. At the moment, both of us are working full-time jobs. We are super friendly and easygoing, open to socializing and going for walks, coffee shops, and drinks. However, we do love our alone time and privacy and will respect yours. We’re both very respectful of each others’ space and belongings and will be of yours too!
Who we’re looking for:
-
We do like to party just like everyone, but we don’t want any parties at our place.
-
Absolutely no drugs allowed (edibles are fine).
-
We’d prefer to keep everything we buy separate for the most part (like food), however it would make sense to go splits on common household things such as tin foil, dish soap, garbage bags, etc.
-
As for chores, we’re not neat freaks, as we both have jobs and understand how tough staying on top of cleaning can be. That being said, we do clean up after ourselves and divide chores such as cleaning the washroom and taking out the trash.
-
We keep the common areas as clean as possible since we all share the same space, but as for your room, that’s your business!
-
Good communicator (someone who can talk about any issues/concerns they have with us rather than resort to passive-aggressiveness) we’re all adults after all
