Large bedroom with large closet available immediately in a newer three-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse in Stratford, to be shared with owner.
$895, negotiable. Three-minute drive to gas, groceries, drugstore, restaurants, and the Hillsborough Bridge to Charlottetown. Eight minutes’ drive to Holland College, 15-minute drive to UPEI. Free outdoor parking. Kitchen and free laundry access. Bedrooms are on second storey. Room furnished with a double or bed, a bedside table and dresser, and sheets if needed. (Card table and chair can be provided if needed.) A full bathroom is shared between the two ‘guest’ rooms. There’s also a powder room on the main floor.
No smoking indoors. Walking/cycling trail and park access in neighborhood. Bus stop is a 3-min walk.
Peaceful back deck with lovely view includes chairs, tables and a BBQ, and large lawn. Neighbours are all quiet, friendly and helpful here.
