I have a split-level home in Cordova Bay with one bedroom available.

Rent includes utilities and internet. The house has a huge deck, big yard with garden space, and lots of natural light. It’s a cozy, creative space with plenty of room to make it your own.

House Features: • Spacious kitchen with fun appliances for creative cooking • Two living rooms for plenty of shared and private space • Yoga swing and hammock setup for movement and relaxation • Mostly furnished, but space for some of your things • Lots of room for art, plants, and making a cozy home Projector screen in the living room for movie nights.

Out of the way of major bus routes, best for someone with vehicle.

The house has five bedrooms (three upstairs, two in the basement), so it’s a shared space but with enough room for privacy. Looking for someone who wants to be part of a home, not just rent a room.

The Household: • Minimal/no alcohol, 420-friendly, trauma-informed, and neurodivergent- and queer-friendly • Low/no alcohol/Harm reduction/sober-living space • I’m on disability and have a lot of food intolerances, so someone who is mindful of cross-contamination in the kitchen is preferred • Looking for someone health-conscious, experienced in shared living, and good with communication, conflict resolution, willing to talk via text in a group chat.

We share responsibility for keeping common areas clean and maintaining a peaceful, functional home.

Looking for someone who wants to stay for a long time, as we have a long term lease agreement. month to month tenancy, but a 1 year commitment is preferred. Looking for the right fit for the house!

We like to entertain sometimes and make reasonable noises at reasonable times and negotiate that with each others needs for sleep and schedules. We are a bunch of neurodivergent, trauma informed, adults who are lgbtq2s+ friendly, grown up weirdos. Please be polyamory/420 friendly/non cigarette smoker.
