Renting out 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom in a shared (furnished) 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in central Downtown / Coal Harbour area.

The apartment:

• $1750 / month + utilities (approx $25/month)
• In-suite dishwasher and A/C. There is a laundry room on a different floor.
• 5 min walk from Burrard Station // 9 min walk from City Centre Station.
• Urban Fare across the street for groceries.
• No pets due to building rules, unfortunately.

I have a finance background and am currently working full time. Typically working in office and WFH 2 times a week. I’m 26 years old and have been living in Vancouver for the last 4 years. I also am a DJ and have a little set up in the dining area, so would (highly) prefer that you also enjoy house music 🫶🏽💃🏼! I am a VERY clean and organized individual, maybe a slightly OCD. I just believe in taking good care of your home!
